I so love this job! :o) I get to meet lots of lovely crafty ladies.. play around for hours dreaming up cards and scrapbook ideas for classes.. and do plenty of shopping for stash! (Even if I'm ordering for you, it's still exciting!)

The cards at the top of this post were commissioned by one of the parents at Charlie's school. They had to be quick and simple to make, so I used some scraps of Elegant Soiree DSP, along with strips of cardstock punched with the Scallop Trim Border punch, then added the greeting from So Happy For You (Sale-a-Bration set), punched out with the Word Window punch. The colour scheme is Baja Breeze, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla.

I hope you had a lovely time last night, whether your celebrations were full-on or not! We had a pretty quiet one, nice meal, good bottle of wine and a bit of Jonathan Creek. Not such a party animal these days.. :o)

And the winner is...

You know that little prize draw I mentioned on Monday? Well, this afternoon I got my little boy Harry to pick a name out of the Easter basket (unseasonal, I know, but it did the job!).. and here is the result...

On the first of each month, I will draw one number from the receipts of the previous month – if your receipt has that number on it, you'll win a prize!

I am currently in the process of writing receipts for ALL purchases made during October.. if you're due a receipt (or receipts) , you'll receive them soon! So the first monthly Prize Draw will be held on 1^st November. The results will be posted here on my blog, along with details of the prize – and if you're the lucky winner, you'll get an email too!
